    Beltrami Electric will be having a pre-arranged outage in the Ponemah area tomorrow, Tuesday, July 16th, beginning at 5:00 am and lasting for approximately 2 hours while crews work to energize a new three-phase line.     A storm system that dumped heavy rain across the Twin Cities on Monday caused flash flooding, power outages and flight delays at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
