Katherine Arguedas completes Institute for Credible Leadership Development (ICLD) Program

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office is pleased to recognize Communications Officer Katherine Arguedas for recently completing all course material through the Institute for Credible Leadership Development (ICLD), a division of the International Academy of Public Safety (IAPS).

We recognize that from the moment men and women swear to the oath of office they are looked upon as leaders in their community and within their scope of responsibilities. It is our vision to equip all public safety leaders and future leaders with the knowledge and skills required to enhance operational efficiency and health, sustain public trust, reduce liabilities and retain the best talent.

The ICLD is delivered on-line, so it can dramatically reduce training costs, is an interactive, self-paced program and intended to be delivered to all personnel. The main advantages of the ICLD courses are that they are up-to-date, researched and field-tested, knowledge and competency-based, and geared toward developing the intellect while enhancing leadership skills. All of the Beltrami County Sheriff's Office Employees are eligible to participate in this program which is designed to help them evolve in their profession.

Katherine is the second Beltrami County Sheriff's Office employee to complete the program. Congratulation Katherine!
