Clinton Lavern Taylor, age 37, journeyed to the spirit world unexpectedly on Saturday, September 2, 2023, from the Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND. Clinton was born on March 3, 1986, in Minneapolis, MN, the son of Kathleen Taylor.

Clinton liked watching all sports on television, listening to music, playing slots online, going to the casino, and playing "scratchies". Clinton loved to grill, go on the Family Men's Trips, and rough-house with the kids. He enjoyed speaking with the little ones, as he thought the things they'd say were funny. Clinton was usually seen wearing a basketball jersey and shorts and could often be found playing basketball with his sons. Clinton loved being able to stay home and raise his children, he dedicated his life to them. Clinton will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those greeting Clinton in the spirit world are his mom, Kathy Taylor; grandma, Eleanor Granle; an infant daughter; sister, Endonis Taylor; and sister-in-law, Deena Budreau.

Those Clinton leaves behind to forever cherish his loving memory are his wife, Leah; sons, Sean, Shayne, and Thomas "Tommie" Taylor; daughters, Shanell Jacobs-Taylor and Tamia Taylor; brother, Clayton Taylor, Jr .; sisters, Carlotta (Cliff) Redwing, Jamie (Daniel) Taylor, Kelli (Jared) Taylor-Norton; father-in-law, Robert Budreau, Sr .; mother-in-law, Pamela Jacobs; brothers-in-law, Robert Budreau, Jr. and Jacob Budreau, Sr .; and sister-in-law, Brittany Budreau.

An overnight wake for Clinton will start on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. and continue until his Saturday, September 9, 2023, 11:00 a.m. service, all to be held at the Facility Center in Cass Lake, MN. Father William "Bill" Butcher will officiate. Those helping to lay Clinton to rest are Robert Budreau, Jr., Jacob Budreau, Sr., Chad Budreau, James "Jimmy" Baird, Alden "Bro" Fairbanks, and Amos LaDuke. Alternates are Mason Taylor and William "BJ" DesJarlais. Honorary pallbearers are Rodger Johnson and all Clinton's family and friends that loved and cared about him! Interment will be in Prince of Peace Cemetery in Cass Lake, MN.
