Adrian Michael Thompson

Adrian Michael Thompson "Mukwa", age 37, of Minneapolis Journeyed to the Spirit World on December 24, 2013.

He was born on October 19, 1976 in Minneapolis, MN the son of Adrian Yellow and Candice Thompson.

Adrian enjoyed spending time with his family, being outdoors, listening to music, and watching football. He was a "joker" and was known as the family comedian. He was an affectionate person and loved his kids very much.

He is survived by his parents; grandmothers: Francis Thompson and Rosemary Mountain; children: Serrita Amelia Thompson, Adrianna Faye Thompson, Neegonee Myengun Ikwe Thompson, Aleena Marie Deegan and Brandon Deegan; brothers: Robert Thompson and Leonard Thompson and sister, Michelle Thompson; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by many relatives.

An all night wake will be held on Friday, December 27, beginning at 5:30 P.M. at the Little Earth of United Tribes in Minneapolis, MN.

Funeral Services for Adrian Thompson will be held on Saturday, December 28, at 11:00 A.M. at the Little Earth of United Tribes.

Honorary casket bearers will be Robert Thompson, Leonard Thompson, John Lawler, Warren Mountain, Todd Thompson and Ira Mason.

Casket bearers will be John Thompson, Bud Day, Brandon Mountain, Bill "Krummer" Lussier, Duane Yellow and Richard Boswell.

Interment will follow at Crystal Lake Cemetery.
