BEMIDJI—A Bemidji man accused of attacking another man with a pry bar pleaded not guilty to one count of second-degree assault Friday. Andy Tillotson, 35, was charged with the felony four days after the Oct. 5 assault. BEMIDJI—Anglers fishing Upper Red Lake in northwestern Minnesota this winter will be able to keep four walleye of which only one may be longer than 17 inches, the Department of Natural Resources said Monday. CASS LAKE—A warrant has been issued for a Cass Lake man who faces 14 felony charges after he allegedly barricaded himself and a female hostage inside a Cass County residence in August.
