BEMIDJI—A Bemidji man accused of attacking another man with a pry bar pleaded not guilty to one count of second-degree assault Friday.

Andy Tillotson, 35, was charged with the felony four days after the Oct. 5 assault. He was arrested along with Kevin Robertson, 31, Deavion Ladell Beasley, 24, and Andre Lamar Beasley, 46, after Beltrami County deputies received a 911 call reporting gunshots at Pete's Place West.
