A man must serve a mandatory two-year prison term after a Cass County jury convicted him for violating predatory offender registration requirements and burglary. Robert Arthur Litzau, 69, was convicted Thursday after a three-day trial in Walker. The offenses occurred in the Pine River and Backus area in May 2010.
