    Several Yakama tribal members evicted from housing projects earlier this summer will gather today to discuss their options and voice their concerns. Evictions began in tribal housing projects in June, and more than 270 tribal members were displaced as a result.     A pair of Native American tribes filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday against the state of Nevada and Washoe and Mineral counties after being denied voter registration sites and polling places on tribal lands.
