    Beaulah E. Sayers, 79, of Duluth, formerly of Town of Levin, Clark County, Wis., passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015 in St. Mary's Hospital, Duluth. She was born Jan. 25, 1936 to John and Nora (Red Horn) Thompson in Dells Dam, Town of Levis, Clark County, Wis. She was united in marriage to Phillip Sayers on May 17, 1969.     A former Hubbard County jailer has been charged with felony criminal sexual conduct after allegedly having an affair with an inmate. Emily Louise Yliniemi, 36, Ponsford, left the department under pressure in late February. Richard Warren Martin, 31, was charged Friday in Ramsey County District Court with fifth-degree drug sale and child endangerment, both felonies.
