POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Under the supervision of the General Manager of the Warroad Seven Clans Casino, The Facilities Manager will maintain the maintenance of the facilities, for our team members, guests, and visitors of the site, as well as all the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) and other valuable assets of the Warroad Seven Clans Casino. They are responsible for building the best team, providing them with the most up-to-date training, and providing the best tools and resources available to enable them to meet their goals and objective as efficiently, effectively, and as safely as possible.

For this position, we are looking for a strategic leader. This person should have a supportive professional network and workable knowledge in obtaining the valuable information and resources necessary to stay in compliance with any standard rules and regulations that apply to the tribal gaming facility.

.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The applicants for the Facilities Manager must have at least a two-year vocational degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience in construction, consisting of electrical, carpentry, mechanical and plumbing repairs along with all other engineering aspects. Working knowledge of HVAC, energy management, building automation, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, painting, waste and water treatment, equipment maintenance, and general construction practices.
