Sharky was born on February 18, 1968 at Devils Lake, ND to the late Henry Sr. and Shirley (Cavanaugh) Johnson. He grew up in St. Michaels and attended school at the Little Flower School in St. Michaels, Warwick Public School. Later on, he attended Job Corp, Trapper Creek Montana.

Sharky enjoyed fishing, hunting, fixing cars, playing basketball, trying his luck at the casino and was also good at playing horseshoes. He loved spending time with his family, children and grandchildren. He will be remembered by his many jokes and the way he always playfully teased his friends, especially his niece's and nephew's.

Along with extended family and friends in Cibecue, Arizona. We would like to thank Julie Cain and her staff at Fifth Generation, Belcourt, ND for all the help and support that they gave Sharky, and the family. If we forgot to name anyone at this difficult time, it was not intentional.

He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Shirley Johnson; sisters Adele Johnson, Selma Johnson and Eleanor Chapelle; brothers Mike Johnson and Clark Johnson; special niece Vera (Baba Doo) Monroe; nephews Wendelin Dubois and Rydell Johnson.
