BEMIDJI, Minn. – Motorists on Highway 1 near Redby will experience shoulder closures and brief delays beginning Monday, Sept.30, as maintenance crews trim and remove trees and brush from Redby to the East Reservation line. Crews will be using an excavator with a brush mulching attachment and work is expected to take up to three weeks, weather permitting.
