    BEMIDJI — Five new winners and a couple of repeat winners highlighted Father’s Day racing at Bemidji Speedway Sunday night. Weather conditions were questionable — warm and humid — but as the evening progressed it became clear that the races would go on without a problem. Track conditions were excellent for the features as the track went black creating multi lanes for racing.     BEMIDJI -- An omnibus hearing for a Bemidji man charged with second-degree manslaughter in connection with the death of his 2-year-old foster child has been set for August 15.
