    BEMIDJI -- The Red Lake Nation has banned a federal Indian Health Service official from entering tribal lands. Mark Karzon, CEO of the IHS hospital at Red Lake, was barred by an April 8 decision by the tribal council from entering the reservation, which also prevents him from reaching the hospital campus. Tribal Council member Roman Stately said the ban was due in part to complaints against Karzon from the Red Lake community that Karzon was disciplining his employees without just cause.     BEMIDJI -- A 23-year-old Redby man has been arrested in a stabbing incident Thursday night in Grant Valley Township.     BEMIDJI -- Two people from Cass Lake were killed in a head-on collision Saturday night in Cass County. According to the Minnesota State Patrol incident report, a 2004 Kia Spectra was southbound on County Road 75 and Leech Lake Route 438 before 11 p.m. on Saturday when it was struck by 1999 Chevy Tahoe, which was traveling north on the road.
