  • Bemidji man pleads guilty to lesser charge in robbery

    BEMIDJI—A Bemidji man pleaded guilty Friday in Beltrami County District Court to third-degree assault after he and two accomplices were facing felony robbery charges for allegedly assaulting and robbing a man in January. Robin Lussier, 26, was charged on Jan. 16 with second-degree aggravated robbery. He pleaded not guilty to that charge Jan. 26 and on Friday entered a guilty plea to third-degree assault.
