Removal/Demolition of Storage Garage

Red Lake Schools #38 is soliciting bids to remove/demolish a storage garage. The building dimensions are 30' wide by 40' long. The structure is single story wood construction, slab on grade with asphalt shingles.

The winning bidder will be responsible for

1. Removing the entire structure, concrete slab, and footings.

2. Removing the remaining contents of the building.

3. Providing means and methods for controlling dust and keeping the site safe from public access during demolition

4. Proper disposal of all demolition material and debris at an offsite location. The District is not liable for unauthorized dumping of debris.

5. Removal/demolition must be completed by June 5, 2015.

The structure does not contain asbestos or lead paint.

Bids will be accepted until 10 a.m. on Friday, May 1, 2015, at which time the bids will be publicly opened.

If interested mail or drop off a sealed bid to: Demolition Bid, Red Lake School District #38, PO Box 499, Red Lake, MN 56671.

Bids should include the amount of bid, name, address, phone number of bidder and copy of certificate of general liability insurance and acknowledge each of the following requirements.
