    ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe said former Chief Executive Marjorie Anderson died on Saturday. Anderson was the first woman leader of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe in east central Minnesota, serving from 1991 to 2000. She was elected to another four-year term as chief executive in 2008.     St. Paul, Minn. — A joint governmental agreement that allows the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe to use the state's financial filing system will hopefully eliminate a roadblock to economic success on the reservation.
