BEMIDJI — It was sun, smiles, culture, music, art and demonstrations Saturday at the Rail River Folk School. They hosted the Indigenous Arts Festival, an event funded by Region 2 Arts Council, the Bemidji Area Indian Center, Clean Water Land and Legacy Amendment and others.
