DULUTH, Minn. -- Minnesota Power on Wednesday unveiled plans to triple the size of rebates available to its customers who install solar panels on their rooftops, garages or yards by adding an extra $1 million annually to the program for the next three years. BAGLEY, Minn.—A 43-year-old Bagley man convicted of vehicular homicide after hitting a man with a Chevy Tahoe and then telling his passengers to pretend they didn't see anything was sentenced Wednesday to four years in prison. MAHNOMEN, Minn. - Officials have identified the woman killed in an ATV accident last week east of Mahnomen. Molly Bartos, 22, of rural Waubun, died Saturday after being involved in a all-terrain vehicle crash about 17 miles east of Mahnomen.
