    DULUTH, Minn. -- Minnesota Power on Wednesday unveiled plans to triple the size of rebates available to its customers who install solar panels on their rooftops, garages or yards by adding an extra $1 million annually to the program for the next three years.     BAGLEY, Minn.—A 43-year-old Bagley man convicted of vehicular homicide after hitting a man with a Chevy Tahoe and then telling his passengers to pretend they didn't see anything was sentenced Wednesday to four years in prison. Elmer William Thompson pleaded guilty to the felony in April in Clearwater County District Court.     MAHNOMEN, Minn. - Officials have identified the woman killed in an ATV accident last week east of Mahnomen. Molly Bartos, 22, of rural Waubun, died Saturday after being involved in a all-terrain vehicle crash about 17 miles east of Mahnomen. The Mahnomen County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call about the crash at about 4:11 p.m. Saturday.
