F&B CASHIER

RATE OF PAY: According to pay scale

LOCATION: Seven Clans Casinos –Thief River Falls, MN

OPENS: October 30, 2023

CLOSES: November 13, 2023

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Under the direct supervision of the F&B Supervisor, the Cashier is responsible to ensure exemplary customer service is provided to guests of Seven Clans Casinos.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

➢ Provides friendly, quality customer service in a timely fashion to all guests.

➢ Responsible to ensure timely service is provided to all guests. Acknowledges and responds to guests immediately.

➢ Greets all guests in a friendly and professional manner.

➢ Reviews guest check and double checks for accuracy.

➢ Operates cash register in accordance to approved policies and procedures.

➢ Ensures all transactions are recorded properly.

➢ Responsible to receive payments and ensure proper cash handling techniques are followed at all times.

➢ Checks with guests to see if order is/was satisfactory or if any other items are requested. Promptly notifies supervisor of any complaints or problems.

➢ Assists guests with routine questions, contacts appropriate staff member with any questions that cannot be answered.

➢ Assists Servers and Bus Personnel as required. Other duties as assigned.

➢ May assists kitchen personnel in food preparation if needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

It is required a F&B Cashier to have a High School Diploma or GED
