Michael Allan Jackson, age 49, of Minneapolis journeyed to the Spirit World on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. He was born on July 12, 1972 on the White Earth Reservation the son of Herb Jackson and Evelyn Warren. Michael was formerly employed as a cook at various fast-food restaurants. He liked cooking! He loved to cook for his family and friends. He loved all his family. He made sure that his nieces and nephews had everything that they wanted. Michael was always joking around with people. He enjoyed spending time with this nieces and nephews and helped raise them.

Survived by his father: Herb Jackson; siblings: Terry Arthur, Brian Arthur Sr., Blaine Arthur, Travis Jackson, Bradley Jackson, Adrian Tucker, Denise Tucker, Sara Percy, Simon Percy Jr., Carrie McDougal and Jason Bradley; step-brothers: Travis Murphy, Francis Murphy, and Traverse "Mouse" Murphy; many other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his mother: Evelyn, grandmother: Bernice Jackson; aunt: Cheryl Jackson; and uncles: Bruce and Gary Jackson.

An all-night visitation will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021 beginning at 4:00 P.M. at the Church of the Blessed Kateri in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

A Funeral Service for Michael Allan Jackson will be held Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 12:00 (Noon) at the Church of the Blessed Kateri in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Shawn Phillips will officiate.

Honorary Casket Bearers will be Aunts, Nieces, Nephews and Close Friends.

Casket Bearers will be Norman Jackson, Charles Neeland, Francis Murphy, Traverse "Mouse" Murphy, Corey Jones, Pete Warren, Brian Arthur Jr., Fabian Arthur.

The Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted, Minnesota assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
