Jamie Lynn Skinaway, age 49, of Minneapolis journeyed to the Spirit World on Tuesday, May 5, 2020.

She was born on August 4, 1970 in Minneapolis the daughter of Kenneth Fairbanks and Jerrie Skinaway.

Her family, especially her grandchildren, meant the world to her! Jamie gave joy, love, care and laughter to family, friends and anyone who knew her.

Survived by her five children: Ashley Skinaway, Jesse Thunder, Terrance Thunder Jr., Alex Skinaway and Cody Skinaway; four grandchildren: Rio, Jaylen, Tyler and Alex Jr.; her mother: Jerrie Skinaway; siblings: Lee Roberts, Michael Contreras and Messina Fairbanks; cousins Troy, Pip, Tom and Scott who she considered her brothers.

Preceded in death by her father Kenneth Fairbanks, two aunties Dorothy Stanley, Virginia Goodman and Roxanne Goose and by many cousins.

A private family graveside service was held at Sandy Lake Burial Grounds in McGregor, MN.
