*eva kathleen schulte decapitalizes her name her name as part of a ‘de-centered self’ movement inspired by Dr. john a. powell to recognize that leadership comes when we see our interconnectedness, belonging and common human right to exist. While she appreciates others’ efforts to write her name decapitalized, she understands it may not conform to preferred writing styles.
