City to fly Red Lake Flag at half-staff this weekend to honor 2005 shooting victims, survivors

BEMIDJI -- To remember and honor those who lost their lives in the March 21, 2005, shootings in Red Lake, the city of Bemidji will fly the Red Lake Flag at City Hall at half-staff this weekend, Mayor Rita Albrecht said in a release today.
