    WILLMAR, Minn. – A Willmar teen has pleaded guilty to a felony charge alleging she posted a bomb threat directed toward the Willmar Public School District. Kaillie Lynn Yanez, 17, was charged Oct. 5 with threats of violence and terroristic threats, both felonies. She pleaded guilty late last week in Kandiyohi County District Court to threats of violence.     BEMIDJI—The case against a Bemidji woman accused of hitting another woman in the face with a glass bottle was dismissed Friday after the Beltrami County Attorney's Office was unable to locate the alleged victim and a witness. Onawa Dunn, 41, of Bemidji, pleaded not guilty to the charge of second-degree assault in August. Her trial was set to begin Monday, but was canceled after the case's dismissal.     BEMIDJI—A Bemidji man charged with first-degree arson will be released from the Beltrami County Jail. Michael James Durant, 33, appeared in court Monday, where his attorney, public defender Laura Dahl, said the charges against him will likely be changed to first-degree damage to property.
