    St. Paul - The Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) has issued a warrant for Level 3 predatory offender Howard Lawrence Wanna, age 38. Wanna was not at his residence when his supervising agent did a routine check on Tuesday. He was last seen in the 2nd St. SW area of Hinckley, and he has connections to Pine County and the Twin Cities. He is white, 6'0'', 202 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
