    A Beltrami County woman was arrested on two outstanding warrants and providing officers a false name. Consuelo Anne Defoe, 45, was arrested on September 1st at 12:52 AM. A juvenile was also arrested at the time for drug paraphernalia. Defoe had two outstanding warrants for theft. She is currently awaiting trial in the Beltrami County Jail. Providing a false name is a gross misdemeanor in Minnesota, when the person plans to impede a stop or lawful arrest....
