    ST. PAUL -- After employers cut 200 jobs in May, Minnesota gained 2,900 jobs last month, the state’s Department of Employment and Economic Development said. A DEED release also said the state’s unemployment rate of 3.9 percent remains below the national average of 5.3 percent. Education and health services was the biggest gaining sector in June, up 3,200 jobs last month.
