    BEMIDJI—A Cass Lake man recently entered not guilty pleas to two counts of criminal sexual conduct in Beltrami County District Court. Lance Kingbird, 47, was charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct after he was accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl in October.     On July 4, 2015 at approximately 4:15 PM, the Beltrami County deputies responded to a 911 call of a female who was found unresponsive in the water on Cass Lake. Deputies learned that the victim, identified as Brenda Lois Larson, age 50 of Eden Prairie, MN, had been riding in a 17 foot Boston Whaler being driven by Matthew Allen Kinghorn, age 45 of Minnetonka, MN.
