    UMATILLA, OR (KPTV) – A Umatilla man was sentenced to time served plus three years of supervised release Tuesday for strangling his significant other in front their kids, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Oregon says.     QUEENSBURY — Two residents of an American Indian reservation in northern New York were arrested Tuesday morning after a traffic stop on the Northway led to the seizure of 37 pounds of marijuana, according to State Police.     Millions more Native Americans should be getting tested for Hepatitis C. That's according to new recommendations by the Indian Health Service. IHS greatly expanded its recommendation for the age groups at risk of the potentially fatal infection.
