    A retirement Open House in Honor of Diane Schwanz was held on Thursday, May 10th at 5:00 p.m. in the High School Foyer. Stories were shared, as well as a collection of photographs from her 33 years at Red Lake, and her critically acclaimed videos from Project Preserve--one of which she played one of the characters and was put in jail for selling USDA Commodity cheese. Diane has touched the lives of many in the Red Lake community and elsewhere. Former and present students, staff and many friends...

During the detour, southbound traffic will use Cass County Road 2, to Cass County Road 14, Mill Street and Cass County Road 1.     (Fort Washakie, Wyo.) — The Eastern Shoshone Tribe’s General Council meeting Saturday at Rocky Mountain Hall was interrupted when an alleged bomb threat was apparently called in. According to several on-scene witnesses, law enforcement agencies evacuated the hall and all surrounding buildings. All local emergency service agencies responded to the scene, and set up a command post east of the Shoshone Chief’s/US Post Office building, about one block away and across the highway from Rocky Mountain Hall....
