    CASS LAKE -- Plans for a new assisted care facility in Cass Lake are starting to become reality. Leech Lake tribal officials announced Tuesday they had received a $1 million grant for the construction of a new Elder Assisted Care Facility in Cass Lake. The grant came from the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community and will be received in two installments of $500,000 starting Oct. 1.     BEMIDJI -- People lined the streets in droves Friday evening for the annual Kraus-Anderson Walleye Classic Boats Parade.
