    Expect a snowy commute this evening and a shovel-able snow by morning over much of the region. A snowstorm has already brought poclets of heavy snow to our south and southeast with Minneapolis and Sioux Falls areas already experiencing driving difficulties.     The winter that has gone almost without snow has not gone without cold. Another cold night is ahead for the region. The National Weather Service has placed our region under a Wind Chill Advisory for the night. Winds early tonight out of the north 10-20 mph, becoming northwest 5-15 mph overnight.     A Winter Weather Advisory continues tonight. Strong northwest winds are causing drifting snow and icy roads. Some areas of open country will have areas of reduced visibility through the night and Wednesday, but the primary problem will be black ice on the roads. Temperatures will fall steadily tonight to the single digits (below zero north of U.S. 2) and remain steady or slowly fall Wednesday.
