Washington (March 18, 2015, 3:40 PM ET) -- The U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday passed a bill to narrow the types of scientific data the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency can use to underpin its rulemaking process, in a party-line vote amid strong Democratic opposition.
