Duluth man accused of passing fake $20 at kid's Kool-Aid stand appears in court

A Duluth man accused of passing fake $20 bills at a Kool-Aid stand in Lake Nebagamon and a rummage sale in Superior was bound over for arraignment in Douglas County Circuit Court last week.

Steven Alan Wakefield, 46, faces two felony charges of uttering a forgery.
