Anthony David Brown, 1 year old, of Red Lake, began his spiritual journey on Monday, January 19, 2015 in Brainerd, MN. Anthony was born on December 31, 2013 in Bemidji, the twin son of Steven Joseph Brown, Sr. and Montanna Kingbird.

Anthony was an outgoing kid who loved being around his brothers and sister. He loved being next to his mom, dad and his grandparents. He was so full of life. Anthony enjoyed playing with his toys and his twin brother. He loved watching his favorite movies and going for rides.

The family greeting him in the spirit world are his special mom; Kaitlyn Marie Brown, great grandmothers; Alice Brown and Geraldine Yellow, great grandfather; Alan Kingbird, Sr., auntie; Angela Brown, uncle; Julius Brown, cousin; Kashauna Thunder, great uncles; Julius Schoenborn and Truman Schoenborn.

Those family that he leaves behind to cherish his memory include his mom Montanna and dad Steven, brothers; Steven Brown, Jr., and special twin brother Antwaun Julius Brown, sister; Sha-Tarah Brown, maternal grandparents; Jody and Russell Kingbird I, and paternal grandparents; Melvin Feather, Jr. and Ramona Brown, numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and other relatives.

A wake for Anthony will begin at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 24, 2015 and will continue until the 10:00 a.m. service on Tuesday, January 28 all held at the Red Lake Community Center in Red Lake. Pallbearers will be Joseph Kingbird, Russell Kingbird, Ryan Feather and Melvin Feather III. Honorary pallbearers will be Alexis Brown, Jazzailee Thunder, Rushan Kingbird, Melanie Brown, Muriel McGraw, James Lussier, GoldenEagle Stately, Mike Melikan, James Brown and Wayne Stillday. Interment will be held in the Brown Family Burial Grounds at Red Lake following the service on Tuesday.
