    RED LAKE -- Red Lake Tribal Police arrested a man from Illinois on Tuesday for possession of heroin on the Red Lake Indian Reservation. David Contrell McClure, 22, of Naperville, Ill., had 40 grams of heroin in his possession when officers executed a search warrant at a Little Rock residence Tuesday morning. Officers were searching for narcotics and narcotic trafficking, according to a criminal complaint.
