    DULUTH -- A Red Lake man pleaded not guilty Monday to charges that he fatally shot a 17-year-old boy following a dispute over a stolen PlayStation.     CASS COUNTY—One charge against a Leech Lake tribal police officer accused of receiving nude images of a minor was upheld and another dismissed last week after a judge ruled on a months-old defense motion. Shannon Larry Northbird, 39, remains charged with one count of felony possession of pornographic work involving a minor, after allegedly receiving about 1,000 nude photos of a 17-year-old girl in June of 2016.
