    The votes have been tallied and a new monument, honouring missing and murdered indigenous women, has been chosen. People voted on several different options for the Saskatoon Police Service monument, ultimately settling on three finalists. On Wednesday afternoon police tweeted a photo of the winning piece.     TULALIP — When the Tulalip Tribes opened the Quil Ceda Village retail area on tribal land along I-5, they hoped to share in sales tax dollars that shoppers racked up by the millions.     ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - A Sandia Pueblo man has been sentenced to 18 months in federal prison for assaulting a tribal police officer with a handgun. Prosecutors say 21-year-old Ricardo Lamagna also was sentenced Thursday to three years of supervised release after serving his prison term.
