A Saskatoon mother has filed a complaint against the city's police following allegations of misconduct while in police custody. The search for missing Kenora teenager, Delaine Copenace, has expanded to Winnipeg. The 16-year-old was last seen Saturday around 6 p.m. in downtown Kenora. Since the weekend, the search for Copenace had concentrated in the small Ontario city and outlying areas, including Lake of the Woods.
