JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Human Resource Director and Site Generalist, you will perform a variety of training and support functions. Responsibilities will include ensuring that new Team Members experience a high quality, friendly, and effective introduction to the Company, its culture, policies, procedures, and practices by providing effective New Team Member On-boarding and Orientation and other Company-sponsored training programs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The Human Resource Specialist must have at least a High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of related experience and/or education to be considered for an interview.
