POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Under the supervision of the General Manager, The PAC Manager will maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, for our team members, guests, and visitors of the site, as well as all the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) and other valuable assets of the Red Lake Seven Clans Casino. They are responsible for building the best team, providing them with the most up-to-date training, and providing the best tools and resources available to enable them to meet their goals and objective as efficiently, effectively, and as safely as possible.

For this position, we are looking for a strategic leader. This person should have a supportive professional network and workable knowledge in obtaining the valuable information and resources necessary to stay in compliance with any standard rules and regulations that apply to the tribal gaming facility.

.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The applicants for the PAC Manager must have at least a two-year vocational degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience and exhibit the ability and expertise required to be successful in this role.
