FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

RATE OF PAY: Depending upon experience

LOCATION: Seven Clans Casinos – Warroad, MN

OPENS: March 5, 2024

CLOSES: March 19, 2024

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Under the general supervision of the General Manager, the F&B Manager responsible for

overseeing all Food and Beverage venue operations for Seven Clans Casinos. Additionally,

manage all food and beverage offerings for events hosted at the facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure the successful operation of all Food and Beverage venues at the casino.

2. Establish and communicate expectations and standards of all aspects of the Food and Beverage

Department to all team members.

3. Ensure all team members receive the necessary training, certification, and licenses needed to be

productive members of the Food and Beverage team.

4. Establish and implement departmental incentives and engagement programs to acknowledge,

recognize, and celebrate the success of the food and beverage department.

5. Develop venue menus and ensure consistency and quality of each item offered by every team

member.

6. Collaborate with marketing to establish strong branding and successful marketing campaigns for

all venues.

7. Use an innovative approach to continue to grow the business and meet the needs of the facility.

8. Inspect food and food handling to maintain quality standards.

9. Investigate and resolve all service complaints.

10. Ensure vendors and service providers meet the contract agreements set to ensure we have what

is needed to meet the needs of a successful operation.

11. Responsible for ensuring all preventative maintenance is completed as needed and on time; and

Food and Beverage equipment is repaired or replaced when needed to avoid any downtime.

12. Review financial transactions and monitor the budget to ensure financial goals are met.

13. Oversee professional and thoughtful problem-solving and conflict-resolution plans.

14. Standardize procedures to improve efficiency; recommend updates to policies and procedures

as needed.

15. Manage all documentation and reporting requirements needed throughout the food and

beverage venues of the company.

16. Manage and document the relationship, recognition, and coaching of all team members of the

food and beverage venues.

17. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED required. Technical school or formal apprenticeship is encouraged.

Require the knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with personal computers, AV systems,

player tracking card systems, gaming devices, safety equipment, etc.
