Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Slot Manager is responsible to oversee the assigned slot department for Seven Clans Casinos.
The responsibilities include creating a successful team of dedicated individuals loyal to the company and passionate about doing a good job and providing them with all the training, information, supplies, and resources necessary for them to accomplish the department's goals.
The Slot Manager must have the knowledge and expertise needed to meet all regulatory guidelines relevant to the slot department. The Slot Manager must also ensure that the slot machines are strategically managed to meet the budgetary and business goals of the casino.
As well as fostering a productive, supportive, and inclusive company culture, the Slot Manager plays a vital role in our ability to maintain and grow our target market. Understanding industry trends, economic influences and innovative employment strategies is vital to the success of the person in this position.
The Slot Department Manager must have at least a two-year vocational degree, or
High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of related experience.
