Sanford Health hosts annual Walk to Remember
Saturday, October 7 at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center
BEMIDJI, Minn. – Sanford Health in Bemidji invites community members who have experienced the loss of a child for the annual Walk to Remember on Saturday, Oct. 7, at the Sanford Bemidji Medical Center.
A Walk to Remember brings families together to reflect, share about and remember children lost to early pregnancy, stillbirth, newborn death and sudden infant loss syndrome. The event will offer a walk around the hospital and a memorial service to support those facing this unimaginable journey. All proceeds will benefit the PETAL program.
Registration will be available 9-10 a.m. with the walk and memorial service to follow outside of the hospital. There is no cost to attend. All attendees receive a free t-shirt. A silent auction will also be held. For more information about the event or to contact a member of the PETAL team, call (218) 333-6129 or email bemidjiRSVP@sanfordhealth.org.
