Construction has started on CSAH 21, Bemidji Avenue. The project will add turn lanes at the intersections of Glidden Road and Island View Dr. The work includes minor grade widening and bituminous surfacing. The project will be opened to traffic, however, people are urged to find an alternative route to avoid delays. Work should be completed in October. Beltrami County Highway Department urges motorists to slow down and use caution when traveling in work zones.
