POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Under the supervision of the General Manager of the Red Lake Seven Clans Casino, The Security Manager will maintain the safety of the team members, guests, and visitors of the site, as well as all the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) and other valuable assets of the Red Lake Seven Clans Casino. They are responsible for building the best team, providing them with the most up-to-date training, and providing the best tools and resources available to enable them to meet their goals and objective as efficiently, effectively, and as safely as possible.

For this position, we are looking for a strategic leader, that has a documented history and experience in the safety and security of Tribal Gaming Facilities. This person should have a supportive professional network and workable knowledge in obtaining the valuable information and resources necessary to stay in compliance with any standard rules and regulations that apply to the security of a tribal gaming facility.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The applicants for the Security Manager must have at least a two-year vocational degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience and exhibit the ability and expertise required to be successful in this role.
