PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

NativeCare is looking to employ a Dispensary Tech to assist customers in selecting medical cannabis products. Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming patients, informing the manager of customer complaints and operational issues, and sharing firsthand experiences of medical cannabis products to address patient concerns. NativeCare focuses on producing the best possible medical products for users and building a team internally rooted in a family culture where everyone is appreciated and welcomed. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Check client IDs and input each into our software system

• Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of medical cannabis

• Processing customers' payments

• Ensure that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times

• Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products

• Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required

• Instruct each patient on the different strains of cannabis and types of cannabinoids offered by NativeCare (It's essential to study the potential benefits that each strain offers)

• Perform daily cash handling procedures described in the SOPs if your day involves handling cash or currency

• Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.

• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION:

• Reliability and Trustworthiness

• Education/certification or experience with agriculture/horticulture +

• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance

• Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test and background check

• Abide by the Oshkiimaajitahdah Zero Tolerance Policy and Confidential Policy

• Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting 50 pounds, pushing carts and wheelbarrows, carrying flats and pots

• Willingness to learn, follow directions and ask questions as needed

• Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays

• Must have reliable transportation

• Native American Preference
