Notice of Intent to File Application

All applicants for Water/Waste Loans and Grants must publish a "Notice of Intent to File an Application". The notice must be published within 60 days of filing (prior to or after) an application with the Agency and be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the project vicinity. The notice must be easily readable and in the non-classified ad section of the newspaper. It is the applicant's responsibility to publish and distribute the notice. A copy of the notice must be provided to Rural Development, along with the name of newspaper, date published, and affidavit of publication.

The RED LAKE RESERVATION HOUSING AUTHORITY has filed an application for financial assistance with USDA Rural Development. The specific purpose of this application is to extend sanitary sewer mains to serve 54 existing homes (Circle Pines Development) near the community of Little Rock. Monday, May 1, 2023 on Red Lake Nation website https://www.redlakenation.org/
