Kawishiwi Ranger District to Host Spring Interagency Open House May 10

Ely, Minn., April 24, 2023 –The Superior National Forest's Kawishiwi Ranger District is hosting an upcoming interagency open house for interested partners and the public on May 10th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Kawishiwi District Office-1393 Highway 169, Ely.

Forest Supervisor Tom Hall, Kawishiwi District Ranger Aaron Kania, and other staff hope you can make it and learn about projects in the area.

Invited partners and agencies include the MN Department of Natural Resources, 1854 Treaty Authority, Bois Forte Band of Chippewa, Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, North St. Louis and Lake Counties and Firewise programs, and more.
